Due to the nature of professional planning consultancy services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

By purchasing our written planning advice service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service fee of £299 covers professional time, review, research, and preparation of written advice;

• Work may begin shortly after payment is received; and

• The service is personalised to your specific proposal and circumstances.

Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you wish to cancel your order before any work has commenced, you may request a full refund by contacting us as soon as possible.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already commenced, we reserve the right to:

• Deduct a reasonable amount reflecting the work completed up to the cancellation date; or

• Decline a refund where the written advice has already been substantially prepared or delivered.

Completed Services

Once the written advice has been issued to you, the service is deemed completed and no refund will normally be provided.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
